| Gear Shaper Cutters We are a distinguished manufacturer and exporter of gear shaper cutters. These gear shaper cutters are profile ground by generation method to class “A” accuracy. These gear shaper cutters are available in all shapes and sizes as per the requirement of the customers.
Material used :
- Imported M35(6/5/2 with 5% cobalt)
- ASP2030 hardened & tempered up to 65/66HRC

Spur Gear Shaper Cutters All spur gear shaper cutters are profile ground by generation method to class ’A’ accuracy. Material used is imported (6/5/2 with 5% cobalt) or ASP2030 hardened & tempered upto 65/64 HRC.
Features such as protuberance and semi topping can be provided. We manufacture spur gear shaper cutters of all types in all sizes.

| Helical Gear Shaper Cutters Helical gear shaper cutters & spur shaper cutter design is computer aided. For helical gear shaper cutters uphill side relief & downhill side relief is designed as required & profile checked accordingly on Maag Involute Tester.
Special features such as semi topping & protuberance can be provided in helical gear shaper cutters. Our range includes 0.75 module upwards cutters of all helix & pressure angles, hub type or disc type.

Shank Type Shaper Cutters We manufactures shank type shaper cutters from 32 DP or 0.75 module upwards and 10.0mm PCD upwards. There is no restriction on the number of teeth, even 5 numbers of teeth can be successfully made.
These shank type shaper cutters are available in different shapes and sizes according to customers requirement.

These gear shavers are available in different modules as per the requirement and specifications of the clients. Our entire range of gear shaving tools are offered at reasonable prices and with 3 to 4 weeks delivery time. The different types of gear shavers that are offered by us are as follows :

Gear Hobs We offer both ground profile (Class A) and M/c relieved (Class C) gear hobs. Gear hobs from 0.5 module upwards can be made. We specialize in straight spline gear hobs (unground profile). The profile of the hob tooth is designed on a computer so that it generates the straight spline correctly during hobbing. Semi-topping and protuberance features can be provided.
